Timothy Billow performs in Halloween Concert

Timothy Billow, a junior from Fremont, performed Oct. 25 in the annual Halloween Concert at Trine University. The concert showcased a plethora of Halloween favorites, including "Not While I'm Around" from the musical "Sweeney Todd" and music from "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" and "October" by Eric Whitacre.
