Annual Thunder 5K coming Sept. 16

ANGOLA (08/28/2017) — The Trine University women's triathlon team will host the university's annual Thunder 5K beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, during Homecoming festivities.

The Trine Thunder 2017 Homecoming 5K features a run or run/walk, with the start at the Ryan Skywalk on the Trine University campus.

Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female overall finishers, as well as the top finishers in ages 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 and over. All online registrants will receive an official race T-shirt, with race day registrants receiving T-shirts if available.

Registration is $35. Register online by 11:59 p.m. Set. 14 at bit.ly/trine_5K. Race day registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. at Ryan Skywalk.
