Registration underway for skating classes, hockey leagues at Trine

ANGOLA - (06/12/2017) — Registration is underway for Learn to Skate classes and hockey leagues to be held in Trine University's Thunder Ice Arena.

Learn to Skate classes will begin Aug. 21, and will be offered in eight-week sessions on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Classes will be available for levels from beginner through basic skills, and also for hockey skating and powerskating.

Membership in Learn to Skate USA and rental skates are included in the $92 class fee. Discounts are available for YMCA members.

League play for boys and girls will begin in October. Cost is $295 per season for U6 and U8, $354 per season for U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18, and $175 once per week for high school club and recreational teams. Discounts are available for members of the YMCA.
