Trine offers LEGO camps in DeKalb, Steuben counties
ANGOLA (04/16/2018) — Trine University's Innovation One will host an expanded lineup of LEGO Robotics Kids Camps at locations in DeKalb and Steuben counties this summer.
Each location will offer options for a Mindstorms Education LEGO Camp, designed for ages 7-12, and a Mindstorms Green City Camp, designed for experienced LEGO campers and children ages 8-12.
Camp locations and dates are as follows:
- McKenney-Harrison Elementary School, Auburn: Education Camp, July 10-13, 8 a.m. to noon; Green City Camp, July 10-13, 1-5 p.m.
- Trine University, Angola: Education Camp, July 17-20 and July 24-27, 8 a.m. to noon; Green City Camp, July 17-20 and July 24-27, 1-5 p.m.
- Fremont Middle School, Fremont: Education Camp, July 31-Aug. 3, 8 a.m. to noon; Green City Camp, July 31-Aug. 3, 1-5 p.m.
Price is $120 per session, which includes a camp T-shirt.
Register online at trine.edu/legocamp. Camp size is limited to 12 students, and Fremont students will have priority registration at Fremont Middle School camps until June 1.
