Big Man on Campus
The annual Big Man on Campus, organized by the Trine University chapter of the Theta Phi Alpha sorority with all proceeds being donated to the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer, raised $52,037.69, more than doubling the previous record of $25,700.30 set in 2023.

ATLANTA - A team of Trine University business majors placed fourth in a speed sales competition held as part of the National Collegiate Sports Sales Competition in late February.

Trine students succeed in sports sales championship
Trine University seniors continued to excel in the National Collegiate Sports Sales Championship. Trine's team placed 15th out of 52 colleges in universities in the virtual qualifier, held in November. The placement marked the third year in a row Trine finished in the top 15 and the second year the university finished as the top NCAA DIII team and the top team from Indiana, beating out Indiana University and Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis.

Though many have already been awed by images of distant galaxies from the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), there is much the public doesn't know about its capabilities. Trine team's project advances in Space Apps Challenge
Two teams including Trine University students competed in NASA's International Space Apps Challenge Oct. 2-3, with one team advancing to additional rounds of judging. Space Apps is held annually at locations around the world, inviting members of the public from diverse backgrounds to work together to solve important challenges related to NASA's mission. Teams this year could choose from 28 challenges.
