For the second straight week, senior guard Connor Jones has been named Athlete of the Week by the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA). It is the third time this season jones has been selected as the conference's athlete of the week.

To earn Vice President's List honors, an undergraduate student must be registered for 12 or more total semester credit hours, including graduate courses, with fewer than 12 credit hours at the undergraduate level. The student must have a semester combined undergraduate/graduate grade point average between 3.750 and 4.000, with the undergraduate semester grade point average not lower than 3.500.

Off the back of a 44-point performance in a double-overtime victory against the Hope College Flying Dutch last week, senior guard Connor Jones has been named Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Athlete of the Week. It is the first time a Trine women's basketball player has been selected by the USBWA as the National Player of the Week.

Trine University seniors continued to excel in the National Collegiate Sports Sales Championship. Trine's team placed 15th out of 52 colleges in universities in the virtual qualifier, held in November. The placement marked the third year in a row Trine finished in the top 15 and the second year the university finished as the top NCAA DIII team and the top team from Indiana, beating out Indiana University and Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis.

Trine University students have been honored for projects presented at the university's sixth annual STEM Research and Design Symposium, held Dec. 9 on the concourse of the MTI Center.

It is his third time winning the award in his four-year career.

The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) has selected Trine University men's track and field student-athlete Theodore Samra as MIAA Men's Field Athlete of the Week. This marks the fifth time in his career being named MIAA Athlete of the Week.
