Scarlett Elliott [Utica, Ohio / Utica] of the Trine University softball team has been named Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Softball Position Player of the Week.

The Trine University women's track and field team sent several distance competitors to the Big Meet Friday at Grand Valley State University. Like the name indicates, the Big Meet is one of the largest indoor track and field competitions in the country, with competitors from 156 schools at all three levels of NCAA and other associations taking part.
